difficulty engaging your abdominals
contribute to orthopedic pain as low back pain, hip pain and pubic bone pain
Scar mobility can improve coordination and function of your abdominal muscles and reduce pain and pulling sensation
When to start:
Direct manipulation should begin after you have been cleared by your birth provider which typically occurs around week 6 postpartum.
