Bailey Logan is the Lead Patient Care Coordinator at Women in Motion, where she is committed to creating a caring and compassionate experience for every patient who walks through the door. She earned her degree in Human Biology and Bioethics from the University of Virginia, where her thesis and research focused on the lived experiences of people navigating the healthcare system with endometriosis and the barriers they face in accessing care.

Bailey has a strong background in patient‑centered communication and trauma‑informed support. Before joining Women in Motion, she worked with the Virginia Prison Birth Project, supporting pregnant people experiencing incarceration and advocating for autonomy‑centered care in highly vulnerable settings. She is also a trained doula, driven by her dedication to helping individuals feel empowered, respected, and understood during significant and often vulnerable moments.

At Women in Motion, Bailey brings her experience in patient‑centered communication, health education, and advocacy to help patients feel heard, supported, and guided throughout their treatment journey. She is passionate about improving access to pelvic health care and ensuring that all patients, across gender identity and life stages, receive compassionate and specialized support.
