Prenatal Yoga Series

Come and join us at Women in Motion to strengthen, stretch and relax throughout a 60 minute Prenatal Yoga class. In these classes we will build body awareness, focus on the muscles most affected by pregnancy, and incorporate techniques to prepare for and cope with labor. Open to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience. 

There will be a strong focus on creating space for baby, and intentionally releasing the muscles to prepare your body for labor.

Our 4-week Prenatal Yoga Series led by our very own Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Sarah Contrada.Registration includes all 4 sessions
